Activity 3: Achieving our Dreams [6 points] | Summer Learning Journey
LI: To interview a family member or a friend and ask them what there dream job would be.
Today I have finished the last activity for day 3. For this activity we had to interview a family member or a friend. I chose my sister. My sister's name is Fui, she is 13 years old. Her dream job is becoming a model. I created a DLO showing 6 things I would do to help her succeed.

Kia ora Fau,
ReplyDeleteIt is lovely meeting you! I am so excited that you are joining us for the Summer Learning Journey 2019-2020. Have you done this programme before?
This is my first year joining the Summer Learning Journey, and I am so excited that I get to read over the Manaiakalani blogs.
I’m really looking forward to summer, aren't you? In my spare time I like spending time at the beach and hanging out with my friends. I also enjoy going for walks and I absolutely love cooking and baking. What are you looking forward to doing this summer?
I liked your ideas for how to support your sister, Fui. Becoming an model is a really awesome dream to have! I can tell your sister is someone you really care about :).
My dream job is to become a teacher. I'm currently studying to become a teacher at the moment, and when my friends and family support my dreams it makes such a difference for me! :)
What is your dream job? I'd love to know! :)

Hi Fau,
ReplyDeleteI liked how you said that you'd help your sister with her hair, tidiness and diet. I found it interesting that your sister wants to become a model when she's older. What do you want to become?
