Tane Mahuta | Home Learning

LI: To take a virtual tour of Aotearoa.

Today the activity I have completed was Tane Mahuta. To complete this activity Sulia and I worked together. For this activity we have used our researching skills to find out information about Tane Mahuta. Tane Mahuta is the largest kauri tree standing til this day and has been around for approximately 1,250 - 2,500 years. We used google slides to record our learning.

I really like how you and Suila worked together and got this task finished together. It is really good that you have used your maths to help you get this task finished.
Maybe next time could you and Suila please attribute images so you can give credit to the people who took the photo.

What did you find interesting about Tane Mahuta?

    Great Job Fau!

    1. Greetings Liletina!
Thank you for your advice, we will remember to attribute the images next time. What I found interesting about Tane Mahuta is that it is one of the largest/longest living trees in the world, that is a pretty long time.
