LI: To write an abstract noun sentence.
An abstract noun is something that can’t be physically touched, as in a feeling (happiness, fear, love, etc) also the 5 senses. This week, LS2 have been learning about Metaphors and Nouns. We got into groups and were introduced on what is nouns , what we see in the poem ( the structure) and the 5 senses. Our group created a Metaphor about happiness; Happiness is the blooming rainbow that shines when the sun comes out after the rain. A Metaphor is a comparison of two things without using ‘like’ or ‘as’. We created our own poem as a group about Jealousy.

ReplyDeleteI really like your Jealousy poem. You have used interesting words that were very eye catching. My favourite line was 'it is the feeling of I want, when you can't have' because it is a powerful sentence.
