Carrot Cake
What you will need:*All dry ingredients go together
Baking soda 8 tsp
Plain flour (If No Plain flour) / Self Raising Flour 8cups
2 tsp salt
12 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp NutMeg
* All wet ingredients go together
16 eggs
4 4/4 - 1/4 oil
4 tsp Vanilla Essence
Walnuts 4 Cups
Carrot 8 cups
Brown Sugar 4 cups
Steps
Put all of the following ingredients into one bowl -
1) 16 eggs
4 4/4 - 1/4 oil
4 tsp Vanilla Essence
Walnuts 4 Cups
Carrot 8 cups
Brown Sugar 4 cups
2) Mix Until smooth
3)Then add other ingredients.
4) Mix until smooth
5) put in a tray
6) then put it in the oven

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing this recipe on how to make delicious carrot cake. Do you often bake at home? I started baking about 2 years ago when we got a new oven and my favourite desserts to bake are brownies and oreo tarts. I also love banana cake but I've never tried making it myself.
I think I should definitely have a go at baking this carrot cake at home. How often do you have this dish? Do you have any tips for not burning the bottom and the sides?
