Our theme for inquiry this term is based on well being (Hauora). Hauora is the maori belief of health unique to New Zealand. Hauora consists of 4 walls, Taha Tinana, Taha Wairua, Taha Whanau, and Taha Hinengaro. With all walls standing it is believed that you have a healthy well being, if one wall falls then all of the 4 walls are affected because they are all supporting each other to stay standing. I have created a poster using canva.com explaing what the 4 walls of hauora are. Each wall has its own special meaning.

ReplyDeleteWow, I really liked how you have wrote the meanings about the 4 walls and wrote the meaning about Hauora. I also really enjoyed is that you told the readers what site you used to explain your information about the 4 walls. Next time you should try and use a another font on you DLO so the readers and I can see your information that you wrote on your DLO.

ReplyDeleteThat is a really an informative poster. I really liked the way you have added the information about the four walls in your poster. The pictures make it look even more attractive. I think your blurb completes your blog post with all the information written on Hauora. Did you know anything about Hauora before completing this task? Next time try to keep the size of the text in the poster a little bigger as it makes it easily visible. I am looking forward to read your other blogs!
