  1. Peel and chop mangos into small chunks.
  2. In a large container or bowl add mangos, heavy cream, pineapple juice, coconut cream, sugar and crushed ice.
  3. Mix with a large spoon to blend ingredients and dissolve sugar.

  1. Hi Fau,

My name's Ruby and I'm one of the people who will be blogging with you during the Summer Learning Journey!

This looks like an awesome recipe for a very yummy drink! Thanks for sharing it with us :)
What sort of crackers do you put in your drink I wonder? I have never heard of anyone doing that before!

I have never tried this drink before but it looks very yummy and I do love mangoes. What do you think makes it so yummy?

    Cheers,
    Ruby.

That sounds really interesting! Why do you like to put crackers in it so much? I have never put crackers in a drink before so would love to know why you like to do that.

      Cheers,
      Ruby.
